There's a nice post written by Neville Hobson, on Cisco's first external blog, used to help the company articulate its position on technology and policy issues. The blog is unusual in two ways. First, it is Cisco's first use of this new channel of communication and the second, is its innovative application of the form in helping the company to both educate and communicate its public policy positions. The new blog called the High Tech Policy Blog, and it is written by Cisco's Worldwide Government Affairs department. I think it a great idea, and in keeping with the company's cutting edge communications. (see earlier case studies: Toward a New Communications Model (3), News@Cisco (4), News@Cisco (3): Lessons Learned, News@Cisco (2), News@Cisco (1) ) Thanks for alerting us, Neville.
